step 1. connect with us at pdxiloveyou@gmail.com for details, ideas, questions, stories, pictures, groups, areas and everything in between!
Let us know who you are and your location.
step 2. make hearts out of anything environmentally friendly. ex. chalk, newspaper, sticks, stones and anything else you can think of thats not permanent. (this isn't vandalism)
step 3. paste them, place them and post them all over town the night of the 13th.
step 4. take a picture and send it to pdxiloveyou@gmail.com
step5. go to www.pdxiloveyou.blospot.com and see the love.
spread the word forward this to at least one person who would love it
